Feng Shui is the study of chi (or ki) energy; how it flows, how it interacts with other energies, how it changes over time.

This App provides charts and analysis based on the Compass School of Feng Shui and Nine Star Ki Japanese Feng Shui Astrology to help you determine what types of energy are helpful to you, and what types of energy are harmful to you. Five Element analysis is then used to help you optimize the energy of your home or office.

Features

Create Profiles for you and your family, friends or clients. The Profile calculates which compass sectors influence your success, health, romance and personal growth. There are also compass sectors which bring bad luck, obstacles, illness and total loss.

Your Profile is also associated with one of the Five Elements - Earth, Fire, Metal, Water and Wood. Learn which other Elements are compatible with your Element, and which are incompatible. Learn how to use the colors, patterns and shapes associated with these Elements to decorate your home in a way to enhance the compatible Element energies or calm the incompatible Element energies.

Create Locations for your home or office. Double-tap in the chart area of the Location Detail screen to bring up your Photo Album and select a floor-plan for each of your floors. To get a floor-plan into your Photo Album, you may either take a photo of the floor-plan using the iPhones camera, or by downloading it from a website if it is available online.

Once you have selected a floor-plan image, rotate it by swiping your finger up or down, so that the north side of the floor-plan is pointing towards the bottom of the screen. In Chinese Feng Shui, north is always positioned at the bottom of the compass rose. Swipe Left or Right to scroll between the various floors belonging to the Location.

Now, you may select various Profiles to see how the chart of their beneficial and problematic compass sectors line up with the floor-plan.

You may also select the Flying Star Chart to create a Nine Star Ki Natal chart for your home or office. Or, select a different year to see the Annual Stars along with the natal stars.

The analysis and charts found on each screen may be e-mailed to your friends, family or clients so that they may share in the knowledge too!

Note: One crash has been reported under OS 3.1, Will be testing to remedy this shortly. OS 2.2 or OS 3.0 have reported no issues.

Great! Feng Shui app good for

By far the most complete and full featured feng shui App in the App store. Easy to use, and easy to understand reports written in English. I love how I can import floorplans and see chart overlays as part of the analysis, and it is great that I can then e-mail the reports to my family and friends. This would be a great App for professional feng shui consultants.

As far as I can tell, this app calculates KUA numbers (and elements etc.) in exactly the same way Lillian Too calculates them, and Nine Star Ki numbers the same way Simon Brown and others calculate them, and, it has options to change the calculations accounting for the differences between various schools of feng shui. Absolutely the best, most flexible, and easiest to understand feng shui app in the app store. I had some questions for the developers so I e-mailed them, and they were most helpful in their response, so I would highly recommend contacting them directly if you have questions about the calculations at all... you might learn something you didnt know... as I did. And, I see theyve released a version specifically for the iPad which looks awesome!

The update gives elegant access to the powerful features of this versatile app. Five stars for the good work and excellent response to reviews!

Some bad moments

Looks like it could be a good app. However, it crashes whenever you try to add or edit a profile, so the app is useless! Save your money and wait for bug fixes.

Just awful! I cannot do anything with this ap. It keeps closing. I want my $4.99 back!!!!!

Just bought the app. So far, it seems useless. I want a refund!

My elements is water and your software said fire.Man thats totally wrong database.So i guess the rest guide is wrong. I want a refund of this app or the author need to fix it seriously.I think the authors did not understand chinese zodiac therefore put the totally wrong database

I thought it would be more useful but its not very helpful and is very doom and gloom. I wanted something fun and helpful in terms of decorating.

I like this as a basic flying star calvulator but Thea flaws keep it from being great: 1. It deletes your homes info (name, year, setup, blueprint) on a consistently intermittent basis - from every 2 weeks to 2 days. 2 You cant edit a locations year ever. 3. It doesnt have the pie division which is becoming more accepted and common these days. 4. No landscape mode
